Previously under the name Simple by Trista, Mutuo is a slow fashion brand based in Mexico City and led by Giovanni Estrada and Alexis Meza Blocker, that is a staple for unique, unisex and easy-to-wear garments.

Mutuo reflects the essence of collaboration, evolution and connection. Through our brand, we wish to positively contribute to self-perception; to get to know ourselves better and celebrate our individuality. To live in a state of empowerment and project comfort, confidence and appreciation for ourselves and others. To enrich our experiences through interactions with others and grow from them. 

Mutuo's identity is based on the versatility and dynamism of our garments, as well as our creative processes, where textile and form experimentation are key. Our vision is to accept the constant movement of life and become part of it. We wish to inspire to continue creating a better version of ourselves, aligned with a positive vision, without limitations or conditions. We create quality products that evolve with their users and remain timeless.

We enjoy the ritual nature of clothing and objects, valuing the experience and feeling they generate above all. We seek to contribute through our work to responsible and conscious consumption, creating a business model that produces for the needs of our clients and not the accelerated pace set by the industry. We produce everything in Mexico on a small scale and seek to strengthen the growth of our work team, collaborators and local suppliers.
