Refund policy
We do not carry refunds or returns.
In order to be eligible for an exchange, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your exchange. Once it gets approved, you may choose the item(s) you wish (if it is higher priced than the one you bought, you can pay the difference, choose an item in the same price range or lower and keep store credit)
(If the item was faulty, we’ll assume the shipping costs but in case you weren’t pleased with your purchase, you’ll have to assume the shipping costs)
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the process after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for an exchange.
