Shipping
Domestic:
Standard shipping is free throughout Mexico on purchase above the $2,400 MXN pesos. Expedited shipping is $150.00 MXN pesos for the metropolitan, area and $200.00 MXN pesos for the rest of the Republic.
Orders ship Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM (UTC / GMT -5).
Orders received after 2:00 PM (UTC / GMT -5) will be processed the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, we will notify you via email.
International:
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
We process orders within 1 to 2 business days.
Delivery times may vary based on the delivery country.
All duties and taxes will be paid by the customer upon receipt. For more information, contact the customs offices in your area.
We will ship orders to the address you indicate as long as it meets the address requirements at checkout. Upon delivery of your items to the carrier, you assume the risk of loss and ownership of items purchased through the website. You are responsible for filing any claims with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
Undeliverable packages:
If a package is refused or is otherwise undeliverable, the carrier may return the package. We are not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly at the time of order. Please note packages cannot be delivered to forwarding addresses. Please keep in mind that certain countries and cities have some restrictions about the type of products that can be shipped, or have an extra fee cost. In case the product you purchase could not be sent, the shipment and the purchase cost will be returned.
Exchanges:
We are sorry you're not completely satisfied with your purchase.
Mutuo does not accept returns.
Items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange. No exceptions.
All wellness products and edibles are FINAL.
You have 15 natural days after the day of your purchase to process any exchange.
All exchanges will be subject to stock availability.
If you want to issue an exchange, please email shop@mutuo.com.mx with your request, including your order number, receipt and motive. You will be notified within one or two business days if your exchange is approved.
Exchanges must be solicited and delivered to our warehouse or stores within the 15 following days of the date of the purchase.
Please send or present the unused garments(s) in its original and unworn condition with tags. Garments with any tags removed cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. Mutuo reserves the right to deny an exchange on returned merchandise if the item(s) have been worn, soiled, laundered, or altered in any way, regardless of previous approval by email.
Shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. Please be sure that your package is insured, traceable, and prepaid. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your item.
We do not make cash returns, reimbursement to debit/credit card or PayPal.
The garment you choose to exchange must have the same or higher value than your original purchase and the cost difference should be paid in the latter case.
Your new purchase will be shipped to you with a tracking number and you will be notified via email.
Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Modifications of garments:
We are not responsible for any adjustment and/or modification made to the garment subsequent to your purchase. If you require any adjustments or are interested in a custom made garment, please email shop@mutuo.com.mx with your request. We will notify you if the adjustment is possible and supply estimated production time and costs.
